Yahway is operated by Yahway AI LLC. This Privacy Policy applies to the Yahway mobile application and our official website.

We do not require user accounts in the app and we do not ask for your name, phone number, or physical address to use Yahway. Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect the categories of information below.

A. Content You Provide

  • User Content: Text you voluntarily enter into the app to interact with the AI. We process this content to provide the Service and generate responses. We do not sell your content and we do not use it for cross-app tracking.
  • Support Messages: If you email us (for example, at privacy@yahway.app), we receive the contents of your message and your email address to respond.

B. Automatically Collected Data (App & Website)

We collect limited technical and usage information to keep Yahway reliable, secure, and improving over time. This may include:

  • Device & App Info: device model, operating system version, app version, language, time zone, and basic device settings.
  • Usage Data: events such as screens viewed, session length, feature interactions, and aggregate engagement patterns.
  • Diagnostics: crash reports, performance logs, and error details to help us fix bugs and improve stability.
  • Identifiers: device identifiers and similar signals. If advertising features are enabled in the future, this may include an advertising identifier where permitted by your device settings and applicable law.
  • IP Address: may be processed for security, fraud prevention, and basic analytics.

Firebase: We use Google Firebase (including Firebase Analytics and related Firebase services) to understand how the Service is used, monitor performance, and improve reliability.

C. Cookies & Similar Technologies (Website)

The Yahway mobile app does not use browser cookies. Our website may use cookies or similar technologies required for basic functionality and measurement. You can typically control cookies through your browser settings.

  • Improve & maintain: debug, test, and enhance features and performance.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your in-app content for behavioral profiling across third-party apps.

4. Advertising (Not Currently Active)

Yahway does not currently display in-app ads. In the future, we may use advertising and measurement services (for example, Google and Meta) to promote Yahway and/or display ads in the app.

EU/EEA users: If and when we enable ads that require consent (such as personalized advertising), we will request consent through an appropriate consent mechanism before serving such ads, where required by law.
